Dr. Dave Pak is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Upon graduating Tufts University School of Engineering, he pursued a Masters in Science in Environmental Health from Tufts University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. A Triple Jumbo, the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine is his third degree from Tufts University. Dr. Pak then obtained his oral surgery training at the State University of New York at Buffalo which integrated a Doctorate of Medicine from the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. In addition to his specialty certification, Dr. Pak is a licensed dentist and physician.
Dr. Pak has received his specialty Board Certification and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Pak is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Hampshire Dental Society. He is also a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the New Hampshire Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
He is currently on staff at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Dr. Pak offers a wide range of oral surgery services with a special interest in dental implants and implant related procedures with the goal of helping patients regain the look, feel and function of their own teeth when they have been lost or have not developed appropriately.
He lives with his wife and four children, and enjoys many activities with family and friends which include skeet and trap, hiking, biking, running, tennis, squash, racquetball, and volleyball.
He is a member of the New Hampshire Anesthesia Committee, the American Heart Association as a Basic Life Support Instructor, and is a participating member of the Rochester and Dover Chambers of Commerce.
Daniel De Tolla, DDS, MD
Co-Founder
Dr. De Tolla is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery in Portsmouth, NH. After graduating from Yale University, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the State University of New York Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He also completed his oral surgery training at the State University of New York Buffalo. In addition to his dental degree and specialty certification, Dr. De Tolla is also a physician, receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2002.
He is a member of the American Dental Association and the NH Dental Society. He is also a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the NH Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
He is currently on staff at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Dr. De Tolla offers a wide range of oral surgery services with a special interest in dental implant placement and helping patients regain the look, feel and function of their own teeth when they have been lost or do not develop naturally.Dr. De Tolla spends one week a year working in Barrow, Alaska helping treat members of the Inuit Tribe on the Northern Slope as well as teaching the school kids to play lacrosse.
He lives in Portsmouth, NH with his wife Elizabeth and sons Ryan Henry, Camden, Finley and daughter Charlotte. Elizabeth and he are very active in the community volunteering their time in a number of community and athletic associations.
Hailey Groleau
Managing Director
Hailey Groleau is the Managing Director at Smart Choice Dental Solutions & Smart Choice Oral Surgery. Hailey has a degree from Keene State College (2011) and was certified by Round Table Mediation & Conflict Management (2012) as a New Hampshire Mediator for conflict resolution. Hailey has been in the dental field since 2015 as a Manager.
Since starting Smart Choice Dental Solutions with her partners Dr. Dave Pak, Dr. Daniel De Tolla, Dr. Craig Leffingwell and Aimee Millar, she has helped open four Oral Surgery practices in three states, has overseen seven dental practices and still has a strong presence in many of their successes.
Hailey is from the beautiful Lakes Region in New Hampshire. She lives with her husband and two children. During her free time, she enjoys running, boating, spending time outdoors with her family, and cheering for her children at their various hobbies & events. She believes in a strong work/life balance and is proud to be a part of this growing company.
Aimee Millar
Chief Operating Officer
Aimee is the Chief Operating Officer of Smart Choice Dental Solutions & Smart Choice Oral Surgery. Aimee earned a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 2006.
Since beginning her career in the dental field, Aimee has thoroughly enjoyed learning the different aspects of practice growth. Aimee is passionate about working with Doctors and staff to help facilitate success on all levels.
Shortly after becoming a Regional Manager, Aimee began working toward her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Southern New Hampshire University with an anticipated graduation date of February, 2024. During her coursework she has earned certificates in areas of; coaching and mentoring, time management, change management, critical thinking, strategic analysis, and internal/external environmental analysis.
Aimee lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two young children. Aimee and her family enjoy spending summers on Lake Winnipesaukee and winters snowboarding at Gunstock Mountain.
